Who We Are
BalBrenner is a firm dedicated to providing orthopaedic professionals and the orthopaedic community with the finest legal representation in all areas of criminal, civil, and health law.
Firm principals include B. Sonny Bal, a board certified orthopaedic surgeon and attorney, and Lawrence H. Brenner, an accomplished litigator with over 30 years of experience litigating cases on the trial and appellate level. Both principals have teaching appointments at leading university medical centers, and are internationally acclaimed educators. Both are widely published authors in the field of orthopaedic law.
Medical professionals share the common goal of patient welfare and safety. But, each medical specialty has its unique health law concerns. BalBrenner is dedicated to understanding the clinical and legal concerns encountered by orthopaedic professionals. This focus allows our firm to be a powerful advocate for our orthopaedic clients.
